On July 18, 2025, we tragically lost three dedicated members of LASD’s Arson Explosives Detail —
Detective William Osborn, Detective Joshua Kelley-Eklund, and Detective Victor Lemus.
With a combined 73 years of service, their loss is deeply felt across the Department and beyond.
Through the ALADS C.A.R.E.S. Foundation, we are collecting donations to support all three families during this unimaginably difficult time.
100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to assisting with critical needs around this tragedy.
