Effective June 1, 2026, LARFPA offers a lifetime reimbursement benefit of up to $1,000.00 to any current dues-paying member in good standing. This benefit is intended to help members cover the cost of developing an estate plan, which includes creating or updating a Living Trust or Will.

To qualify, complete and submit the form below along with either a receipt for services or an itemized statement from the assisting legal firm. The document must be dated after your membership start date and show proof of payment. Use the document upload section of the form to submit these materials.

Reimbursement amounts by submission date:

  • Service receipts dated on or after June 1, 2026 are eligible for reimbursement up to the $1,000.00 lifetime maximum.
  • Service receipts dated between January 2022 and May 31, 2026, are eligible for up to $600.00.

If you previously received reimbursement under the $600.00 benefit, you may submit a new paid receipt dated on or after June 1, 2026, to receive additional reimbursement up to the $1,000.00 lifetime maximum.

Regardless of submission date, all service receipts must be dated after your membership start date.
