Effective January 2022, a lifetime benefit of a maximum of $600.00 shall be available to any current dues-paying member who has been a member in good standing of LARFPA. The purpose of the benefit is to assist members in developing an estate plan. An Estate Plan includes the creation of a Living Trust or a Will or revising and updating an existing Estate Plan.

To qualify, complete and submit the information form below, along with a receipt for services or an itemized statement dated after your date of membership from the office of the assisting legal firm showing payment for these services. Please use the document upload section of the form to submit your receipt.
