The City of Los Angeles is transitioning pharmacy benefit management services to Prodigy Care Services. Effective January 15, 2026, Prodigy Care Services will begin administering the pharmacy benefit program, replacing myMatrixx.
Members will receive a new Prodigy pharmacy ID card, which should be presented when filling or refilling any workers’ compensation prescriptions. Current myMatrixx cards will be deactivated on or around January 15, 2026. Prodigy offers access to over 66,000 pharmacies nationwide, including both chain and independent locations.
