ANNOUNCING TWO NEW TPAs in WORKERS’ COMPENSATION DIVISION

There are two upcoming TPA (Third Party Administrator) transitions in the Workers’ Compensation Division. The two new TPAs will be Sedgwick and Intercare.

Effective July 1, 2022, Sedgwick will be taking over the handling of LA Fire Department and Conflict Claims. These will include all claims from AIMS (Acclamation Insurance Management Services) and partial claims from Elite Claims Management, Inc. Please direct all future communication as of 7/1/2022 to Sedgwick using one of the following options: Mailing address: Sedgwick, PO Box 2450, Brea, CA 92822 or Phone #: (855) 238-1500.

Effective August 1, 2022, Intercare will be taking over the handling of Los Angeles Police Department Sworn claims. These will include all claims from Tristar (Tristar Risk Management).
