Effective January 2022, a lifetime benefit with a maximum of $600.00 shall be available to any dues-paying member of LARFPA. The purpose of the benefit is to assist members in developing an Estate Plan. An Estate Plan includes the creation of a Living Trust, a Will, or in revising and updating an existing Estate Plan.

To qualify, complete and submit the information form below along with a receipt for services or an itemized statement dated on or after January 1, 2022, from the office of the assisting legal firm showing payment for these services.
